Potential Puppy Buyer Questionnaire and a blank contract

If you are interested in a Windmill German Shepherd or Cardigan we would like to know a little bit more about you. We want our puppies to go to the best home possible and with the time and love we devote to our dogs it's important that the ones we cannot keep will go to the best place they belong, a loving family.

Current Cardigan Corgi price is $2000 no matter show or companion, show puppies will be on co-ownership. German Shepherd prices range between $1500 for pet and $2500 for show potential.

Puppies are evaluated at 7 weeks, we get first picks, then show quality puppies will be reserved for show homes, if we have companion home puppies available we will post on our Facebook pages and here.

All Windmill puppies come with a puppy booklet that includes shot records, pedigree, AKC papers, AKC reunite microchip infomation, a vet check certificate, and a copy of the dams OFA paperwork. We also send home a small bag of puppy food for transition (we feed Purina Pro Plan Puppy Chicken), and we have a puppy send home bag with toys, poop bags, and puppy pads.

All of our puppies are Microchipped through AKC Reunite before they leave our place. Puppies will also have first set of shots, and sometimes the second depending on when they leave us.
